As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA), my goal is to create a supportive, compassionate space where clients feel safe to explore their experiences and grow into their most authentic selves. I take an integrative, holistic approach to therapy, drawing primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), while adapting to meet each individual’s unique needs.

I work primarily with individuals aged 13 and up, and I am committed to providing affirming, inclusive care to LGBTQIA+ clients. I’m especially passionate about supporting people through major life transitions and helping clients build skills that support their future selves. Whether you’re navigating a significant change or simply seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, I’m honored to walk alongside you in your journey. As someone living with a chronic illness/autoimmune disorder, I bring empathy and understanding to those navigating similar challenges. I believe that therapy can be a powerful tool for healing, resilience, and connection.

My path to becoming a therapist has been shaped by a deep desire to increase access to mental health care for all. I earned both my Bachelor’s in Psychology and my Master’s in Counseling from Seattle University. Before becoming a therapist, I worked in psychiatry research at Harborview Medical Center/University of Washington and served as a high school counselor. Both of these experiences deeply inform and enrich my current work.
