We are all capable, competent, creative, whole and unique. We all heal and develop in the company and collaboration of trusted individuals. I partner with my clients to create a container where conscious evolution and healing can occur. Together we will have a space where you can be brave, vulnerable, a complete mess, at a total loss, resilient, and constantly learning about yourself and what works best for you. Our work will center completely around you, your goals, your struggles, your unique style, and your self-expertise. I will provide skills, resources, and education that are evidence based and sourced from my twenty years of therapeutic work experience.

As humans I believe that we all need huge amounts of vitamin A (Attention) and vitamin R (Relationships). My work is based on giving clients the attention they need in order to understand and improve the relationships in their lives.

My style is collaborative, intuitive, inquisitive, casual, matter of fact, direct, light hearted and reverent whilst holding the heavy and the dark. We can grieve and celebrate, laugh and cry, be terrified and brave, together.

The past twenty years I have been mentoring humans ages two through elderhood in nature connection, community building, ancestral skills, and naturalist skills. I have owned and run my own life coaching and energy healing business for ten years. All of which have directly informed and developed my therapeutic style. If any of my therapeutic skills and experiences can benefit you, they are yours!

When I am not in my office, I can be found at a baseball game, harvesting wild plants for making medicine, watching WNBA games, picking berries, waitressing, weaving on a tiny loom, snuggling with my dog, glamming up people’s hair with hair tinsel, and nerding out on world history.
