Starting therapy can be overwhelming and sometimes frightening, and I want to acknowledge the strength and bravery that it takes to try something new. I believe in a person-centered approach to therapy, meaning that I see you as the expert of yourself and value your experiences on the path to personal growth. As part of therapy, I work hard to consider the many facets of your life that contribute to your history and daily experiences. With this whole-person perspective, combined with evidence-based practices, we can see powerful results.

Together we would respect and nurture your natural strengths while identifying what is no longer serving you. Research has shown that the genuine relationship between the client and therapist is one of the most significant indicators of therapeutic success. This is why the foundation of our work together would be building a relationship of mutual respect, trust, humor, and honesty. Through this lens we will discover your unique goals, opening doors to new possibilities.

I welcome a diverse clientele as I feel that our differences are often our greatest assets. All are welcome and safe here. I look forward to the prospect of partnering with you on your journey towards health and wellness. Together, we can find solutions and reach your goals.
