As your therapist, I hope to walk with you side by side on your pursuit towards self-discovery, healing and empowerment. I believe that through curiosity, compassion, and vulnerability, we can design a therapeutic journey that is just as unique as you are as a person.
My diverse background has informed the way I approach therapy. At the University of Washington, I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Gender, Women and Sexuality studies. At Bastyr University, I am pursuing a Masters in Counseling Psychology that places great emphasis on holistic healing and cultural humility. This foundation of social justice and anti-oppression education has stressed the importance of making sure all of your identities are seen in the therapeutic space. The way you move through the world and the way the world interprets you is an undeniable piece of our work together in therapy. As a clinician, I will always strive to meet you at the intersection of all the pieces that make you, you.
I work with older teens, young adults, and adults. Presenting concerns such as anxiety disorders, depression, life transitions, identity based concerns specifically around gender expression, relationship concerns, and processing of trauma are all areas of expertise for me. I am committed to providing care that disrupts the power dynamic of client and clinician and allows us to work from a place of being a team committed to your growth and well-being.
