As your therapist, I hope to walk with you side by side on your pursuit toward healing. I believe that through curiosity, compassion, and vulnerability, we can design a therapeutic journey that is just as unique as you are as a person.

My intention in therapy is to create a safe and thoughtful space where you are able to reclaim power over your story. I identify as a feminist therapist, I pay close attention to the ways an individuals movement through the world impacts their relationship to self and others which often helps us conceptualize concerns from a different lens. Utilizing evidence-based practices and creative interventions, I strive to keep therapy innovative. I am passionate about arming my clients with tools that work for them and allow the space for them to bloom into their favorite and most powerful version of themselves.

I work with older teens, young adults, and adults. I have expertise working with anxiety disorders, trauma processing, body image concerns, questions of identity, grief and loss as well as experience supporting the LGBTQIA+ community.
I look forward to the honor of walking this journey with you
