As an individual and couples counselor, I emphasize developing a collaborative relationship with my clients. We will work together to move you towards self-discovery and empowerment through value-aligned behaviors in a safe and compassion-filled space.
As an Associate Mental Health Therapist I intend to work with individuals and couples seeking balance within their lives and their interpersonal relationships. I also immensely enjoy working with LGBTQIA+ individuals, including the transgender and gender diverse communities.
My approach is holistic – taking into account all contextual and cultural factors unique to each person, and with that I encourage my clients to show up to our sessions just as they are. During our work together we will explore your relationship with yourself as we uncover the mind-body connection between thoughts, behaviors, and emotions.
I will often utilize mindfulness-based practices, such as breathwork, meditation, and visualization to improve overall functioning and manage symptoms. I believe we all have the capacity to heal from our past and go onto live rewarding and fulfilling lives. I am simply here to navigate that path with you.
